67jl Terms & Conditions — User Agreement and Platform Rules

1. Introduction and Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and 67jl ("67jl," "we," "us," or "our"), governing your use of the 67jl website located at 67jl.org and all associated services, applications, games, and features (collectively, the "Platform").

By registering an account, accessing the Platform, or using any 67jl service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, along with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the 67jl Platform.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. 2. Eligibility and Account Registration

By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. 67jl reserves the right to require age verification documentation at any time and to suspend or permanently close any account found to belong to an underage user, with forfeiture of any remaining balance.

2.2 Registration Information

When registering, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are prohibited from:

• Providing false or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent point;
• Registering using another person's identity or details;
• Creating more than one (1) account per person, household, IP address, or device;
• Registering if you are a resident of a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.

2.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. All deposits into your 67jl account must be made using payment methods accepted by the Platform, including GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, Visa, and Mastercard. Minimum deposit amounts apply and are displayed at the time of transaction. Deposits must originate from payment accounts registered in your own name. 67jl reserves the right to refuse deposits from unverified or third-party sources.

3.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification, account standing review, and applicable bonus wagering requirements being fully satisfied prior to processing. 67jl targets processing withdrawal requests within the timelines stated on the Platform, subject to payment provider schedules. The minimum withdrawal amount is stated in your account settings. 67jl reserves the right to require additional verification documentation before approving any withdrawal.

3.3 Currency

All transactions on the 67jl Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) unless otherwise specified. Currency conversion fees, if any, are the sole responsibility of the player and will be applied by the relevant payment provider.

3.4 Inactive Accounts

An account is considered inactive if no login or transaction activity has been recorded for a continuous period of twelve (12) months. 67jl reserves the right to apply an administrative fee to inactive accounts after providing reasonable notice to the registered email address. 4. Bonuses and Promotional Offers

67jl offers various promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and loyalty programme rewards (collectively, "Bonuses"). All Bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, as well as any specific terms communicated at the time of the offer:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only and may not be claimed by multiple accounts;
• All Bonuses carry wagering requirements that must be met before any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements, eligible games, and time limits are specified in the individual promotion terms;

5. Prohibited Conduct

• Engaging in any form of fraud, deception, or misrepresentation in connection with your use of 67jl;
• Using funds of illicit origin for deposits — 67jl complies fully with Philippine anti-money laundering laws and will report suspicious transactions to the appropriate authorities;
• Attempting to manipulate game outcomes through any technical or non-technical means;

In the event of a technical failure, disconnection, or malfunction that affects the outcome of a game, 67jl will use its reasonable judgment to determine the appropriate resolution, which may include voiding the affected round and returning the wager. The decision of 67jl in such matters is final, subject to your right to raise a formal complaint through our support channels.

All game Return to Player (RTP) percentages are as published by the respective Game Providers. Certified RNG technology is used for all games to ensure genuinely random outcomes. Game results are not influenced by 67jl beyond the published mathematical parameters of each game.

7. Responsible Gaming

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 67jl's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount of funds held in your account at the time the claim arises. 67jl shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, whether arising in contract, tort, or otherwise.

67jl does not accept liability for losses arising from: force majeure events; your failure to comply with these Terms; unauthorized access to your account due to your failure to safeguard your login credentials; or the conduct of third-party Game Providers, payment processors, or other service providers.

10. Amendments, Termination, and Governing Law

10.1 Amendments

67jl reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email or on-platform notification at least seven (7) days before taking effect, where reasonably practicable. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

10.2 Account Termination

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. 10.4 Severability
